Do I need an appointment for a wedding consultation?
We can occasionally accommodate walk ins, but it is best to call us ahead of time and make an appointment. Our store hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday. Sunday consultations are by appointment only.
If I am not going to be in South Lake Tahoe before my wedding, can the consultation be done remotely?
Yes, we can plan your wedding through phone calls and emails.
How much of a deposit is required to save my wedding date?
We require a $250.00 non-refundable deposit to hold your wedding date and time. This amount will be fully applied to the cost of your wedding flowers. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your wedding.
What happens if I need to make changes to my wedding order?
We can accommodate most changes up to two weeks prior to your big day.
Can we reuse our ceremony flowers at the reception?
By all means, we will design flowers that be extraordinary in both locations! We will even transfer the flowers for you for an additional cost.
Do you deliver and set up?
Yes, we can deliver, set up and take down your wedding for a fee. Cost is determined by size, time involved and location.
Will I be required to purchase the containers for the flowers?
You may either purchase containers, provide your own or we have a wide variety that you may rent.
Will you do a sample of my bouquet and centerpieces?
Yes, we can do samples. There will be a small fee.
